Richards: Industry 'needs to address' pre-retirement planning

“We have to learn to work with policy makers to start to re-engage with consumers [and encourage them to] go to regulated firms, and not be left susceptible to scams who are deliberately out there to defraud them.

“We have got to tackle these issues that stand in the way of consumer outcomes.”
