Make pensions switching rights clear once and for all

Rather than instilling a ‘pension switch guarantee’ through the back door, in line with the consumer duty, the FCA, the Pensions Regulator and most importantly the Department for Work and Pensions should take a cue: making consumers' rights with regards to switching pensions clear once and for all.
